Dr. Rich Constantine
Meet Dr. Rich Constantine
I’m very thankful that I have the opportunity to be a dentist. Each day I have the opportunity to improve not only the health of my patients, but in some cases I’m able to make a positive difference for a patient that will affect the rest of their life. Every day I look forward to seeing a patient that has been reluctant to come to the dentist because of a previous bad experience or a patient that is unhappy with their smile. It is very rewarding to be able to give that person the smile they deserve. I do this in hopes that they will share that smile with others. I see daily the positive impact that a smile can have. At the end of the day, I want my patients to know that they are being treated by a team that has their best interests at heart.
- Bachelor of Science in Biology with minor in Psychology, Ohio University

I feel that continual education is an integral part of being a dentist. I believe that confidence is earned through preparation. Each year I pursue many hours of continuing education, broadening my skills and knowledge. Traveling to different regions of the country allows me to develop a better perspective of how dentistry is practiced in different areas. One of the things I enjoy most about my profession is that no day is the same. Each day brings new challenges. These challenges allow me to use the skills I’ve developed and encourage me to continue to learn so that I’m able to provide the care that my patients need and deserve.
Constantine Dental Greenville SCI am originally from Uniontown, Pennsylvania, about 45 miles south of Pittsburgh. My beautiful wife, Trish, and I met our sophomore year at Ohio University. In both our athletic and professional careers, we’ve always been each other’s biggest supporter. Three weeks prior to my starting dental school, we got married and we haven’t looked back. As graduation date approached, we traveled through North and South Carolina visiting well known towns and cities where we thought we might want to raise a family one day. The afternoon we stopped to have lunch in Greenville, everything felt right. We were struck by the beauty of downtown and the kindness of strangers we met that day. Growing up, a dentist I looked up to told me to find the place where I wanted to live and raise my family before I went looking for work. I took his advice and Trish and I can happily say there hasn’t been a day that we’ve regretted our move to the upstate. I feel fortunate to have found a practice location in a part of the city that inspired us to relocate to Greenville. I look forward to becoming part of the neighborhood and having the opportunity to give back to the community. Outside of the office, you can find me in the gym or involved in almost anything sports related. On weekends, you can find Trish and I enjoying a good dinner downtown with friends or tailgating at the stadium or in front of the television during football season.
